About
Mr. Pushpinder Kumar did his Master in Engineering (Machine Design) from PEC (Punjab Engineering College) Chandigarh in 2011 and graduated in Mechanical Engineering from (Chandigarh Group of Colleges) CGC Landran, Mohali (2007). He has more than 14 years of national as well as International experience in teaching and research. He also served in the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department at Dire Dawa University, Ethiopia under the UNDP project from 2014 to 2018. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, commonly called SGT University, Gurugram, Haryana. He is pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology Patiala, Punjab. His research area mainly focused on the Mechanical, Metallurgical, Tribological, and Corrosion investigation on properties of laminates produced by Large Strain Extrusion Machining. He has published more than five research papers in peer-reviewed SCI journals and presented four articles at National/International Conferences. His research interests include advanced manufacturing, Severe Plastic Deformation, Tribology, Composite Materials, and large-strain extrusion machining.
