Dr. Nancy Arya is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Faculty of Engineering & Technology at SGT University. She completed her Ph.D. (CSE) in Mobile Cloud Computing from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, India in 2019. With the thought, Education is the first step for people to gain knowledge, critical thinking, empowerment, and skills. She started her academic career in 2010. She has 8.5 years of experience in teaching and 1 year of industry experience. Her research areas of interest are Cloud Computing, Wireless Networking and Security, and Machine Learning. She has more than 30 quality research papers and 10 patents to her credit. She is a professional member of IEEE and London Journals Press. She is the paper reviewer for many international conferences and Journals (SCI and Scopus Indexed). She is the author of two books. She is IBM Certified DB2 Associate and secured 98.94%, the highest score record till April 2009 in India. She is also IBM Certified Deployment Professional Tivoli Directory Server V6.1 and secured 98.90%. She is awarded for her strong contribution to Education in Research & Innovation by Women World of India. She was awarded by silver medal for academic excellence in her M.tech. program. She has attended more than 50 Faculty development programs, seminars, and workshops. She has attended more than 15 national and international conferences. She has guided many U.G and P.G. projects. She has been associated with the University of Rajasthan, Maharishi Dayanand University during her academic experience.
